Job summary

REGATTA is seeking a Supervisor for our Dundee store, 30 hours per week on a temporary 6-month basis. You’ll lead a small team, deliver a first-class customer experience and keep the store welcoming and well-presented.

With previous retail experience and a knack for motivating others, you’ll manage merchandising, shop floor service and cover keyholder duties, including opening/closing and cashing up. We offer training, progression and a generous rewards package.

• Experience supervising and motivating team members would be beneficial.

If so, then you would love to hear more about our exciting opportunity for a Supervisor to join our Regatta store team in Dundee working 30 hours per week?

This role is a temporary position for 6 months.

Previous experience working within a retail store is essential and experience supervising and motivating team member would be beneficial.

• Clothing and accessories will be replenished and displayed with your intuitive merchandising skills
• Your in-depth product knowledge of feature and benefits allows you to provide expert advice on what customers need for all their adventures
• You'll provide valuable operational support to your Store Manager, with a motivational and supportive approach to the store team ensuring consistently high standards are maintained

Additional keyholder responsibilities

• Running the store in Managers absence
• Cashing up the tills
• Opening & closing the store
