Job summary

The Regatta Liverpool store is hiring a Supervisor to lead a confident team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for merchandising, stock replenishment, and coaching team members to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first-class customer experience tailored to individual needs.
• Keep the store welcoming and friendly for all customers.
• Replenish and display clothing and accessories with merchandising finesse.
• Utilise product knowledge to advise customers on needs for adventures.
• Support the Store Manager to uphold consistently high standards.
• Run the store in the Manager's absence; manage till cashing up and opening/closing.

Previous experience working within a retail store is essential and experience supervising and motivating team member would be beneficial.

• Clothing and accessories will be replenished and displayed with your intuitive merchandising skills
• Your in-depth product knowledge of feature and benefits allows you to provide expert advice on what customers need for all their adventures
• You’ll provide valuable operational support to your Store Manager, with a motivational and supportive approach to the store team ensuring consistently high standards are maintained

Additional Keyholder Responsibilities

• Running the store in Manager’s absence
• Cashing up the tills
• Opening & closing the store
