Job summary

Breitling seeks a sales supervisory professional to lead our boutique team, delivering exceptional client experiences and building lasting relationships with customers. You will guide staff, deepen product knowledge, and represent the Breitling brand with confidence in a luxury retail environment.

As a supervisor, you’ll work toward personal and team targets, share best practices, and help elevate the store’s performance and client service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team and guiding others to deliver top-tier service.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional client experience and relationship-building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a sales team to achieve store targets.
