Job summary

The Breitling boutique within the Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead a sales team in a luxury retail environment. You will foster exceptional client experiences, develop product knowledge and drive personal and store targets.

You will build close client relationships, share best practices, and represent the brand with confidence and knowledge, while mentoring colleagues and contributing to the boutique’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a sales team in luxury retail or premium brands.
• Service oriented with a strong focus on client experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and expand retail and product knowledge.

Working towards personal and team targets and assisting management when required, you will play a key role in the success of the store by identifying, sharing and spreading best practise; developing and continually updating your product knowledge and expertise and sharing your passion about our fantastic products.
