Job summary

Crew Clothing Company in the UK is seeking a part-time Supervisor to help lead the store team and drive sales. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting daily store operations.

You will work around 16 hours per week, contribute to KPI performance, and help recruit, develop, and motivate staff to create a welcoming shopping experience that reflects the Crew brand.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features, benefits and stock availability.
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store.

Purpose Of The Role

To assist the manager in driving consistent improvement to the store's sales, KPIs and other areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and develop the team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experience that delights our customers every time.
