Job summary

Holland & Barrett, Gracechurch Shopping Centre, Sutton Coldfield, is seeking a Supervisor on a permanent basis (22 hours per week). The role focuses on leading the team, coaching colleagues and delivering excellent customer experiences while guiding products to meet wellness needs.

You will support the Store Manager, drive sales and maintain store standards. Training and development are provided to help you grow in a fast-paced health and wellness retail environment.

• Willingness to participate in training and development.

What you'll be doing

• Lead by example, supporting the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve store goals.


• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues, helping them build confidence, product knowledge and deliver their best every day.


• Complete our Qualified to Advise training to provide trusted health and wellness guidance to customers.


• Drive sales, stock availability, visual merchandising and operational excellence across the store.


• Support commercial performance through effective planning, cost control, compliance and safe working practices.


• Create a positive, inclusive environment where colleagues feel supported and customers enjoy every visit.

What you'll bring

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.


• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your product knowledge.


• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.


• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.
