Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Supervisor to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience across the store in Wales. This permanent, part-time role is 25 hours per week with £14 per hour, including Saturdays and Sundays.

You will coach colleagues, drive sales, manage stock, and ensure visual merchandising standards while nurturing an inclusive, positive environment for customers and staff alike. Training and benefits accompany the role.

What you’ll be doing

• Complete our Qualified to Advise training to provide trusted health and wellness guidance to customers.
• Drive sales, stock availability, visual merchandising and operational excellence across the store.
• Support commercial performance through effective planning, cost control, compliance and safe working practices.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment where colleagues feel supported and customers enjoy every visit.
