Holland & Barrett is seeking a Supervisor on a permanent basis, working 15 hours per week at £15.09 per hour. You will lead the store team, coach colleagues and deliver exceptional customer experiences under the Store Manager's guidance.

You'll promote health and wellness products, drive sales, manage stock and merchandising, and uphold safe, compliant store operations with a positive, inclusive approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service with ability to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for health and wellness with a willingness to learn product knowledge.

What you'll be doing

• Complete our Qualified to Advise training to provide trusted health and wellness guidance to customers.
• Drive sales, stock availability, visual merchandising and operational excellence across the store.
• Support commercial performance through effective planning, cost control, compliance and safe working practices.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment where colleagues feel supported and customers enjoy every visit.

What you'll bring

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.
