Job summary

Saltrock is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our store team on a 32 hour contract. You will support the Store Manager to drive performance, motivate staff, and deliver an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced coastal store.

You will help train team members, manage sales transactions, and keep the store visually aligned with brand guidelines. A proactive, friendly approach and a passion for Saltrock products are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store KPI performance and support the Store Manager
• Motivate and develop team to deliver excellent service
• Assist in training and development of team members
• Help achieve sales targets and process transactions with care
• Engage in visual merchandising per Brand guidelines
• Create a welcoming store environment for customers
• Maintain housekeeping to keep store safe and tidy
• Provide product information to customers including features
• Assist with markdowns and price changes within timescales
• Ensure stock is tidy, replenished and deliveries processed promptly

Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energetic
team, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers delivering
an excellent experience for them whilst they are in store.

Role

• Monitor and help to
  achieve store KPI’s by supporting the Store Manager to drive performance
• Motivative team members
  to deliver exceptional service, maximising every sales opportunity
• Support Store Manager in
  training and development of team members
• Helping to achieve sales
  targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand while
  processing sales transactions with care
• Visual merchandising product in conjunction with Brand guidelines
• Ensuring customers have a positive
  experience within our store making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standard
  the outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed our
  customers with information about our product including features and benefits
  and stock availability
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keeping our product tidy
  and presentable and replenish as needed
• Process deliveries in timely manner
