Job summary

Saltrock in Bournemouth is hiring a Supervisor on a 32 hour contract to join our retail team. You’ll work with an energetic group, delivering excellent in-store experiences while supporting the Store Manager.

You will help drive KPIs, coach a small team, maintain visual merchandising, manage stock, and ensure a welcoming store environment. We offer generous holiday, uniform allowance and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail.
• Managing a small team would be desirable but not essential.
• A warm and friendly manner that fits with our culture.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and help to achieve store KPI’s by supporting the Store Manager to drive performance.
• Motivate team members to deliver exceptional service, maximizing every sales opportunity.
• Support Store Manager in training and development of team members.
• Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand while processing sales transactions with care.
• Visual merchandising product in conjunction with Brand guidelines.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience within our store, making it inviting and welcoming.
• Keep housekeeping to a high standard the outcome being a healthy and safe store.
• Feed customers with information about our product including features and stock availability.
• Help implement markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales.
• Keep our product tidy and presentable and replenish as needed.
• Process deliveries in timely manner.

Role
