Job summary

Savers is seeking a part-time Supervisor to support store operations and lead by example. You’ll join a team that values customer focus, flexibility, and community engagement, with a clear path to develop leadership skills within Savers.

As a Supervisor you’ll collaborate with the Store and Assistant Manager to maximise opportunities, coach staff, and ensure the store delivers exceptional results. The role offers flexible shifts and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop others.
• Passion for Savers' products.

Responsibilities

• Help manage and coach your team to deliver exemplary results.
• Work with Store and Assistant Manager to maximise opportunities.
• Represent Savers in the local community and be a visible, positive brand ambassador at all times.
