Mears Group is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to lead reactive repairs and planned maintenance across occupied properties in Staines. This role supports a social housing contract and involves field-based leadership, ensuring safety, quality and resident satisfaction while coordinating resources and schedules.
The ideal candidate will bring supervisory experience in housing maintenance, strong health & safety knowledge, and excellent communication skills to drive performance

42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday)

We’re currently seeking a skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team as part of a social housing contract in Staines. This is a dynamic, field-based leadership role where you’ll oversee the delivery of reactive repairs and planned maintenance across occupied properties. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role with a strong pipeline of work and a growing presence in the area. You’ll play a key part in ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and ready for residents, making a real impact in the community.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
