Mears Group PLC in Gillingham is seeking a Supervisor to lead a small operations team on a permanent basis. The role pays £44,397.50 per year, working 42.5 hours per week, with a company van and fuel card.
You will oversee daily contract operations, ensure works are delivered safely and on time, manage resources, produce performance reports, and develop staff through coaching and training. A full UK manual driving licence and City & Guilds in a relevant trade are required.

You will play a key role in supporting operational performance while maintaining compliance and developing your team.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
