Rudy's, part of Mission Mars Limited, is seeking a proactive Supervisor to own floor sections, support the management team, and drive exceptional guest experiences.

The role offers full- and part-time hours in a busy hospitality environment across our venues. You'll lead by example, coach staff, manage opening/closing tasks, and help uphold high standards of service, hygiene, and presentation.

Formación

• Experience in a supervisory or senior team role in hospitality.
• Ability to lead by example during busy service periods.
• Strong communication and guest-care focus.

Responsabilidades

• Run sections of the floor and support the management team during service.
• Lead by example when the team is busy.
• Coach and motivate floor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Take opening and closing responsibilities as needed.
• Handle guest feedback in the moment.
• Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and presentation.
• Support with training and onboarding of new team members.

Your day-to-day

• Running sections of the floor and supporting the management team during service
• Leading by example - the team looks to you when things get busy
• Coaching and motivating floor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Taking on opening and closing responsibilities as needed
• Handling guest feedback in the moment
• Keeping standards high across service, hygiene, and presentation
• Supporting with training and onboarding of new team members

• A confident, calm presence on a busy floor
• Natural communication skills and a genuine care for the guest experience
