Rudy's, part of Mission Mars, is seeking a Supervisor to lead on the floor, support management, and help create memorable guest experiences. You’ll own sections during service, coach staff, and ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and presentation.

The role offers full-time or part-time hours, a £13.95 hourly wage plus tips and a bi-weekly bonus, and a clear path for progression within Rudy's. Training and development are emphasized, with staff discounts and other perks included.

Your day-to-day

• Running sections of the floor and supporting the management team during service
