Rudy's in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Supervisor to step up, lead the floor, and own the shift.

This role offers full-time or part-time hours with a competitive hourly rate of £13.95 plus tips and a bi-weekly bonus. You'll manage sections, support the management team and ensure the best possible guest experience.

Your day-to-day

• Running sections of the floor and supporting the management team during service
• Leading by example - the team looks to you when things get busy
• Coaching and motivating floor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Taking on opening and closing responsibilities as needed
• Handling guest feedback in the moment
• Keeping standards high across service, hygiene, and presentation
• Supporting with training and onboarding of new team members

• Experience in a similar supervisory or senior team member role in hospitality
• A confident, calm presence on a busy floor
