Job summary

Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Supervisor to join our team at Sefton Sixth L30 2DB. You will supervise the service of food and beverages, maintain hygiene, and ensure standards are met for a busy hospitality environment.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and customer service skills. Hours are 30 per week, Monday to Friday, term-time only (39 weeks), with a salary of £12.71 per hour and PerkBox access plus a company package including life assurance and pension

Qualifications

• Food handling and preparation experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene regulations.
• Leadership experience in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise food service to Aramark standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas.
• Prepare service areas and points prior to service.
• Lead and develop a hospitality team and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Service of food and/or beverages to customers to the standards set by Aramark.
• Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture.
• Preparation of service area and/or service points.
• Correct storage of food items and equipment after service.
• Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations always.
• Previous experience supervising in a hospitality environment.
• Food Preparation Skills
• Experience preparing and serving fresh food, including pizza production, while maintaining high quality standards.
• Food Safety Knowledge
• Good understanding of food hygiene regulations, HACCP principles, and health and safety requirements, with a Food Safety Level 2 Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Customer Service & Leadership Skills
• Strong communication, customer service, organisational, and team leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
