Job summary

Aramark in Liverpool is seeking a part-time Supervisor to oversee dining service for 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term-time 39 weeks. You will lead a team, ensure quality service, and maintain hygiene standards.

Responsibilities include food preparation, service, and ensuring safety compliance. The role offers strong training, career progression, and a supportive environment with benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a hospitality environment.
• Experience preparing and serving fresh food to high standards.
• Good understanding of food hygiene regulations and HACCP principles; Level 2 certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for a busy setting.

• Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment.
• Preparation of service area and/or service points.
• Correct storage of food items and equipment after service.

Job Responsibilities

Key Requirements:

• Supervisory Experience
  Previous experience supervising in a hospitality environment.
• Food Preparation Skills
  Experience preparing and serving fresh food, including pizza production, while maintaininghigh qualitystandards.
• Food Safety Knowledge
  Good understanding of food hygiene regulations, HACCP principles, and health and safety requirements, with a Food Safety Level 2 Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Customer Service & Leadership Skills
  Strong communication, customer service,organisational, and team leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
