Job summary

Aramark UK is recruiting a Supervisor to join our team at Sefton Sixth L30 2DB. This permanent, 30-hour weekly role runs Monday to Friday during term time (39 weeks). A strong focus on food service, safety and staff leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a hospitality environment.
• Experience preparing and serving fresh food (incl. pizza) to high standards.
• Good understanding of food hygiene, HACCP and health & safety; Food Safety Level 2 or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication, customer service, organisational and team leadership skills in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and/or beverages to customers to Aramark standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of service area and equipment.
• Prepare service area and points for service.
• Store food items and equipment correctly after service.
• Maintain personal hygiene, appearance and company uniform.
• Present a customer-friendly image at all times.

Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Supervisor to join our team working at Sefton Sixth L30 2DB.

Job Responsibilities

• Service of food and/or beverages to customers to the standards set by Aramark.
• Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture.
• Preparation of service area and/or service points.
• Correct storage of food items and equipment after service.
• Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations always.
• To always present an image conducive to good customer relations

Key Requirements:

• Supervisory Experience
  Previous experience supervising in a hospitality environment.
• Food Preparation Skills
  Experience preparing and serving fresh food, including pizza production, while maintaining high quality standards.
• Food Safety Knowledge
  Good understanding of food hygiene regulations, HACCP principles, and health and safety requirements, with a Food Safety Level 2 Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Customer Service & Leadership Skills
  Strong communication, customer service, organisational, and team leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
