Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Leicester is seeking a Supervisor for 20 hours per week at £14.00 per hour. The role focuses on leading with confidence, coaching colleagues and delivering an exceptional store experience while helping customers find the right wellness products.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.

Responsibilities
