Job summary

Savers is seeking a part-time Supervisor in Strood to lead and coach the team, ensuring strong store performance and customer service. You’ll work alongside the Store and Assistant Manager to maximise opportunities and deliver excellent results while embodying the Savers ethos in your daily leadership.

With 1+ years in retail, you will develop skills and guide others, maintaining focus on product knowledge and customer care, all within flexible shifts and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Desire to develop own skills to help others.
• Passionate about the products we sell.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach the store team to deliver exemplary results.
• Collaborate with Store and Assistant Manager to maximise opportunities.

Hours per Week: 20hourswith the opportunity to work more hours

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £13.50 per hour
