Job summary

EVRi is seeking a motivated Fulfilment Supervisor at our Barnsley Fulfilment site to lead a fast-paced team and drive performance.

You will supervise Warehouse Operatives, monitor KPIs, ensure service standards, coach colleagues, and uphold health & safety while maintaining high standards of equipment, workstations and reporting. Graduates and apprentices with potential are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution or retail.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Understanding of KPIs and operational performance.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
