Job summary

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is seeking a passionate Shift Supervisor to run shifts, coach the team, and deliver outstanding food quality, speed, and guest experience in a busy environment.

You’ll support the management team, own your shift performance, and develop future leaders while enjoying flexible schedules, meals on shift, and a clear path toward management roles.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment (QSR or fast casual dining preferable).
• Hands-on, lead-from-the-front mindset with the ability to train and support the team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Experience maintaining food safety standards (HACCP) and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Run your shift and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Support management in hitting performance goals and driving results.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and keep the team aligned, focused, and energized.
• Be a role model, set high standards, and lead from the front.
• Create a fun, inclusive environment where team and guests feel energised.
• Coach, train, and develop your team and future leaders.
• Ensure food safety, health & safety, and company standards are followed.
• Manage labour, workflow and service on your shift.

You’ll be a confident running great shifts, directing and coaching your team and working in a fast-paced, fresh food environment.
