Job summary

Bella Italia in London is seeking a Supervisor to lead our Front of House team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll open and close the restaurant, help prepare for service, and guide the team to maintain high standards of service and friendliness during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/front of house environment preferred.
• Ability to lead shifts and manage guest flow during busy periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.

• Help prepare for service and lead shifts with the Management Team.
• Be the main point of contact for Front and Back of House teams.

What You’ll Do as a Supervisor:
