Job summary

Bella Italia is seeking a Supervisor for our Front of House team in the UK. You will help lead shifts, deliver outstanding guest service, and partner with management to create memorable dining experiences. If you love hospitality and enjoy leading a team, you could be the right fit for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality or food service teams is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Open and securely close the restaurant in line with company standards.
• Help prepare for service and lead shifts with the Management Team.
• Serve as a key contact for Front and Back of House teams and build strong relationships.
• Deliver outstanding service to guests and ensure they leave with a smile.

What You’ll Do as a Supervisor:
