Job summary

Savers is seeking a Supervisor in Lisburn to join our team. You will work part-time across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, helping to coach staff and deliver great customer service within a busy retail environment.

You’ll be part of a supportive team where progression is encouraged and your contribution is recognised through flexible shifts and a strong store culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Desire to develop your own skills and help others grow.
• Passionate about the products we sell.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach the team to deliver exemplary results.
• Engage with the local community and represent Savers in-store.
• Support store leadership to maximise opportunities and maintain standards.
