Job summary

Savers is seeking a part-time Supervisor in Enniskillen. You will join a lively retail team, supporting the Store and Assistant Manager, coaching colleagues, and delivering excellent customer service while representing Savers in the local community.

The role offers flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends with a starting pay of £13.50 per hour and up to 33 days holiday entitlement. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Desire to develop skills to enhance others.
• Passionate about the products Savers sells.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach the team to deliver exemplary results.
• Connect with the local community and represent Savers in-store.
• Collaborate with Store and Assistant Manager to maximise opportunities.
