Job summary

200 Degrees in Altrincham is seeking a motivated Supervisor to help run our busy coffee shop. You will lead by example, support the management team, and ensure the highest standards of coffee, food and service.

Ideally you have some supervisory experience, but we would love to hear from you if you’re early in your career. Enjoy training, development and a friendly team environment with staff discounts and cafe perks.

• Ideally some supervisory experience, but all backgrounds considered.
• Enthusiasm for hospitality and delivering great service will be valued.

Job description

At 200 Degrees, we are passionate about our coffee and the service we provide to our customers. We’re now looking for our next Supervisor to support us with doing just that.

As a Supervisor you will support the management team with the running of your coffee shop. You’ll support the team to deliver fantastic quality coffee and food whilst being a role model for outstanding service and standards.

Ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor, but if you haven’t don’t worry, we would still love to hear from you.
