Job summary

JDSports is seeking a Shop Supervisor to help run the store floor and deliver high service standards. You will support colleagues across shifts, ensuring presentation and store performance meet brand expectations, while assisting with opening/closing, tills, and daily operations.

The role focuses on supporting team members, driving customer service, and maintaining retail standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Strong interest in retail, solid product and trend awareness, and the ability to promote company values and behaviours.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You’ll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.
