Kier Group is seeking a M&R Supervisor to join the Weatherhill-based team. The role involves supervising routine maintenance, response tasks, and small works schemes, ensuring delivery meets programme and budget targets.
You will support the Area Manager, allocate resources, and coordinate with the hub to handle emergency responses and maintain high-quality service levels.

Hours: 45 hours per week working nights

This is an exciting opportunity to provide first level supervision of both internal and external operations, overseeing the day-to-day functions of routine maintenance, response functions and small works schemes. You'll work closely with all teams to ensure operational effectiveness for severe weather service, cyclical and reactive maintenance tasks and emergency response, whilst ensuring delivery is carried out to achieve programme and budgetary requirements.
