Kier Group in Weatherhill is seeking an M&R Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance, response functions and small works schemes. The role involves supervising internal and external teams, ensuring delivery within programme and budget.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide first level supervision of both internal and external operations, overseeing the day-to-day functions of routine maintenance, response functions and small works schemes. You'll work closely with all teams to ensure operational effectiveness for severe weather service, cyclical and reactive maintenance tasks and emergency response, whilst ensuring delivery is carried out to achieve programme and budgetary requirements.
