Job summary

Nuco Solutions Ltd is seeking a Reactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead a trades team in Lambeth, South London. This temporary ongoing role involves supervising day-to-day reactive work, site visits, and ensuring repairs meet KPIs and SLAs.

You will coordinate with tenants and housing officers, applying HSE standards while driving performance and delivering quality repairs. Immediate start offered for a well-established housing contractor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Repairs Supervisor, or Trades Supervisor.
• Experience within social housing, housing association, or local authority maintenance contracts.
• Strong knowledge of reactive maintenance and property repairs.
• Experience managing directly employed trades operatives and subcontractors.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workload.
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with tenants, clients, housing officers, and internal teams.

• Resolve issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Complete reports, audits, and performance updates using company systems.
