Job summary

Dirty Dick's, located on Bishopsgate, is recruiting for Supervisors to join a lively, multi-room venue. You will lead shifts, train staff, and ensure exceptional service across the pub, dining room, and basement bar.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of wines to assist beverage recommendations.
• Basic knowledge of beers and spirits to answer guest questions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers and team.
• Train and mentor team to ensure knowledge and standards are met.
• Lead shifts responsibly and safely as a key holder.

You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
