Rosa's Thai in London is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager who can lead from the front, support the General Manager, and inspire the team to deliver great food and genuine service every day, across busy service periods and busy weekends.

You’ll manage service flow, maintain standards, coach staff, handle guest needs with warmth, and take ownership when it matters. If you’re energetic, a natural people person and thrive in a fast-paced, customer‑facing environment, join us.

The role

We're looking for a kind-hearted, hard-working food lover to join us as an Assistant Manager.

You'll support the General Manager and lead from the front- helping your team deliver great food and genuine service, every day.
