Job summary

Immersive Gamebox is seeking a Supervisor to lead visitor experiences in our London-area venue. You will be the face of the brand, build strong relationships with guests, and ensure high satisfaction across the board.

You will supervise teams, monitor experiences, handle bookings and queries, and work with venue staff to maintain top standards of cleanliness and operation. Flexibility in hours is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail or entertainment for at least 2 years
• Organized with a great eye for detail
• Consistent positive attitude
• Confident with computer and tablet technology
• Willing to work flexible hours

• Ensure areas are clean and presentable
• Keep up to date with bookings and queries
• Maintain the equipment and technology
• Answer visitor enquiries and promote the experience to passers-by

• Responsible for opening or closing the venue
• Support the venue management with leading and developing the team
