Job summary

Monterre Restaurant & Bar - Battersea seeks a motivated hospitality professional to help manage day-to-day operations of a family-owned Italian restaurant and bar. The role covers coordinating front-of-house, kitchen, and bar operations during service, leading and supporting the team, and maintaining high standards of food, wine, service, cleanliness, and guest experience.

Experience in busy hospitality settings is desirable, with a focus on strong communication and leadership.
