Job summary

Urban Leisure Group in London is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead venue teams, ensuring smooth, enjoyable service and a memorable guest experience from door to departure.

You will work closely with managers to uphold standards, coach team members, and contribute to a warm, inclusive culture across eight venues.

We are looking for a warm, confident and experienced Supervisor to join the team. You’ll work closely with your managers and venue team to deliver smooth, enjoyable services and be committed to ensuring that our everyone who comes through the door has a memorable, joyful experience.
