Job summary

The Queen's Head in Kingston (a Fuller’s pub) is seeking a Supervisor to lead front-of-house teams with warmth and energy. You will ensure guests enjoy a friendly, efficient service and uphold our standards of quality and hospitality.

As a hands-on leader, you will train new staff, maintain team morale, and collaborate with kitchen colleagues to deliver memorable dining experiences. Previous pub experience is a plus, with a passion for fresh food and drinks.
