Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group is representing a maintenance contractor seeking a Repairs Supervisor to join their property services division on a newly won contract in the PO area. You will supervise a large team of operatives and subcontractors, coordinate daily workload to the programme, and conduct pre/post inspections to ensure quality and safety.

You will travel between properties, liaise with clients and tenants, price works using NHF SOR, and support a growing operation on a permanent basis.

Job description

Fortus are currently representing a maintenance contractor who are looking for a Repairs Supervisor to join their property services division. This position is working on a newly won contract based in the PO postal area. They will be occupied &void refurbishments service to scattered housing properties. You would be responsible for a large team of direct operatives as well as sub contractors when required.

Key duties include

• Travelling between properties
• Liaising with the client and tenants over works
