Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group Limited is representing a maintenance contractor seeking a Repairs Supervisor for a new SE London contract in the property services division. The role covers reactive repair work and void refurbishments across scattered housing properties, overseeing a large team of direct operatives and subcontractors when required.

Duties include daily supervision of operatives, pre and post inspections, workload planning with the programme, toolbox talks and health and safety

Qualifications

• Experience supervising operatives and subcontractors in property maintenance.
• Ability to plan and allocate workload to meet programme deadlines.
• Experience conducting pre and post inspections of works.
• Strong health and safety awareness and toolbox talk leadership.

Fortus Recruitment are currently representing a maintenance contractor who are looking for a Repairs Supervisor to join their property services division.

This position is working on a newly won contract based in the SE London area. They will be delivering a reactive works repair service as well as void refurbishments to scattered housing properties.You would be responsible for a large team of direct operatives as well as sub contractors when required.
