Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group is seeking a Voids Supervisor to join a maintenance contractor's property services division on a permanent basis. Based on a newly won contract in the Bedford area, you will oversee reactive works, repairs, and void refurbishments across scattered housing properties.

You will lead a large team of direct operatives and subcontractors, coordinate workloads with the program, conduct toolbox talks, monitor health and safety, price works using NHF SOR, and liaise with clients

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising maintenance/operative teams.
• Experience in void refurbishment works.
• Strong health and safety knowledge.

• Pre & post inspections of works.
• Organising and allocating operative workload in association with the program.
• Tool box talks & health and safety monitoring.
