Rosa's Thai in Exeter is seeking a Supervisor to lead and inspire the frontline team, ensuring every guest enjoys great food and genuine service. You’ll support management and model best practices while keeping operations smooth and guest experience top priority.

The ideal candidate will bring energy, people skills, and a hands-on style, with a genuine love for Thai cuisine and a knack for driving business growth through team performance and strong service standards.

Back then, they couldn't afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End café. Rosa's Thai Café was reborn.

The role

We're looking for a kind-hearted, hard-working food lover to join us as a supervisor

You’ll support the Management team and lead from the front - helping your team deliver great food and genuine service, every day.
