Job summary

Rosa's Thai in Bristol is seeking a confident Head Chef to lead the kitchen and own the food, team and standards. You’ll oversee every dish, service and detail, ensuring consistency and high quality across the operation.

As a strong leader with Asia cuisine experience, you’ll coach and develop your team, manage stock and food safety, and work closely with the General Manager to drive a busy, successful restaurant.

We've come a long way since Saiphin Moore and Alex Moore opened our first restaurant in 2006.

Back then, they couldn't afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End café. Rosa's Thai Café was reborn.
