Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty in Exeter is seeking a Supervisor to join our team. This 20-hour-per-week, part-time role involves supporting the Store Manager and coaching colleagues to deliver strong results while remaining customer-focused in a fast-paced retail setting.

You’ll work flexible patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with potential for additional hours. We offer progression opportunities and a benefits package designed for retail staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Able to coach and develop others.
• Passionate about the products.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations alongside Store and Assistant Manager.
• Lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional results.
• Engage with the local community and serve customers with a smile.

Salary: £13.65 per hour
