Job summary

Lacoste is seeking a store leader at Bluewater who will inspire and coach the team while maintaining top visual standards and driving KPI performance. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting Lacoste values across the store.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure strong store performance, high customer satisfaction, and active participation in brand initiatives. Prior retail leadership experience in fashion/luxury is preferred.
