Job summary

SOHO Cheltenham is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead our front of house team and deliver outstanding service in a busy cafe setting.

You will role-model our values, mentor staff, manage shifts, and ensure the team consistently meets SOHO brand standards while creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
