Job summary

SOHO Coffee Co. in Leicester is seeking team members to deliver great service and craft beverages in a welcoming cafe environment.

You will prepare drinks and food, greet guests, and maintain cleanliness while adapting to varied tasks across FOH and BOH. The role offers flexible shifts, training, and a pension scheme as part of our benefits.

Team Member responsibilities are:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Serve high-quality hot and cold drinks, and food, following our brand standards and specifications for all menu items, including hot food categories.
• Ensure the café is always clean, tidy, and well-stocked, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and the team.
• Adapt to various tasks throughout the day, working as part of a hands‑on team that supports each other all the time.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures to maintain quality and consistency in service and food preparation.
• From cooking in the kitchen to preparing drinks and handling service, every team member contributes to all areas of the café operation.
