Job summary

SOHO is seeking a reliable Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations and support the store team in delivering consistent, high-quality service. You will oversee shifts, mentor staff, and ensure every guest experiences the SOHO standard of friendly, efficient hospitality.

Ideal candidates will have strong people skills, attention to detail, and a passion for learning. You’ll contribute to a positive team culture, coordinate with colleagues, and help maintain a welcoming environment for all

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house roles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
