Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to join our team in Bournemouth, BH7 7DA. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to lead a catering team, ensuring excellent service standards while maintaining food safety, health & safety, and operational compliance.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and supporting a catering team to deliver excellent customer service
• Assisting with food preparation and food service activities
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the catering operation
• Monitoring service standards and leading by example
• Assisting with stock control and ensuring service areas are well presented
• Addressing operational issues and supporting team performance
• Completing any relevant documentation and due diligence checks as required

Qualifications

About you

• Previous catering experience is desirable
• Experience supervising or leading a team would be advantageous
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to motivate others
• Good understanding of food safety and health & safety practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
