Supervising Social Worker

Join our team at By the Bridge with Cambian as a Supervising Social Worker, where your excellent interpersonal skills will help build positive relationships with foster parents and children’s social workers.

Location: East Midlands, based in Tamworth

Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct support to families with a caseload of 10-12 families.
2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure foster parents are informed, compliant, and supported within regulations and standards.
3. Work closely with the therapy team for reflective supervision and with Education Advisors to support therapeutic parenting.
